Based on the pictures you have a motorhome style latch so we currently only have two options for replacement. The Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock # BA64FR you were looking at is one of these options and it requires a 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall cutout hole in order to fit. The other option is the Bauer Products Rotary Latch # BA85FR, which requires a 6" tall x 4" wide cutout hole.

RV manufacturers will typically just turn the handle 180 degrees for other orientation and the deadbolt will just be on the opposite side of the plunger.
